Gourmet Cheese on Toast

I found this in a cookbook. It's the ultimate cheese toast! Ham, milk, cheese, onion and Worcester sauce (I believe this is the secret ingredient)

Spread evenly on two slices of bread.

Bubbling under the grill.

So cheesy!

I'm learning to marinate my meats for at least a couple of hours or overnight. The flavour is SO much better!

All rolled up! These were easy to shape and I didn't have to roll them in my palms too much.
